The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Despite refurbishment not all facilities like the swimming pool were ready yet.

Had a great Easter weekend! Beachfront location was perfect for sunset walks and the pool area was well maintained. the breakfast buffet was diverse and energizing for activities later on. Two great local restaurants within walking distance and lots of shops!
The hotel's WiFi, which was spotty throughout the day. the cheaper rooms were not worth the price and didn't offer enough privacy.

Despite the previous tsunami, the hotel is refurbished and clean. the room was spacious and had air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and willing to help with any requests. the breakfast menu had a good selection of local and international dishes. the swimming pool was well-maintained and provided a refreshing escape from the heat.
There were limited dining options nearby.

Spent my Christmas at a hotel near the beautiful beach. Enjoyed the good food at the hotel's restaurant and also the friendly staff. The big rooms with air conditioning helped us to feel comfortable in the tropical weather.
The hotel was far away from any town or amenities which made it difficult to find places to shop or dine outside of the hotel. The hotel did not offer any options for transportation outside of the hotel taxis which were pricey, making it difficult to explore the surrounding area.
